Teapot
Our collection of tea pots are small - ranging from 100-350ml - and intended for brewing loose leaf tea using multiple short infusions.
Bowl
A tea bowl is a simple, unfussy way to free-brew tea. Leaves settle at the bottom of the bowl. Sip from the top.
Cup
Our collection of hand made cups can be paired with a teapot and server in traditional tea service or simply used to sip tea.
Gaiwan
A gaiwan is a “lidded bowl”. As a brewing vessel, the lid is used to strain leaves when decanting a completed brew.
Server
A server is an important component of traditional tea making. Decant brewed tea from either teapot or gaiwan into a server as a holding vessel to prevent over-steep, then decant into cups to serve.
Tray
Our tea trays are intended for "gan pao" or dry brew method. We use minimal water, and a larger bowl sits adjacent to the tray to catch excess water and spent leaves.
Etcetera
This collection holds all those miscellaneous tea things that do not fit into any specific category.
