The Song Tea Collection consists of skillfully crafted distinguished cultivars grown in the most ideal regions. Each tea is the end result of a transformative process. The tea maker controls time and temperature to develop the raw leaf’s aromatic, flavor and textural properties. This controlled enzymatic oxidation of the raw leaf creates the different tea types.
