Tea by Character is based on a taxonomy Song developed to define and categorize the flavor and aromatic profiles of our tea collection into logical groupings: grass, sugar, fruit, floral, wood, and earth.

The Fruit Collection includes four teas that balance sweetness and fruit acidity. They could have the bright clarity of a crisp apple, the tartness of peaches, or the tropical tang of ripe mango. Teas are presented in 3 individual pouches of 25 grams each - approximately 5 individual portions of each tea. Teas in this collection: Ruby, Red Guanyin, and Wild Tree Yunnan Red.
