But we just can’t stop thinking about the few teas that we sometimes have to pass on:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTongue coating, tangy, true Wuyi oolongs. Delicate, unprocessed maochas. Green buds picked just hours after they bloom. These are only a few of the teas Peter has tasted during past sourcing trips and had to leave behind.
