Featuring the Chen's New Garden oolong and Zairai Matcha

Something sweet to celebrate the arrival of Spring! Aki Simons, former pastry chef at Sobaichi and Ippuku, takes inspiration from the Song Collection for a duo of sweet, chubby mochi. In each box, you’ll receive two of these giant mochis; a playful Satsuma Imo Mont Blanc mochi with aged Matcha Zairai mousse filling, and an elegant Raspberry-Topped mochi filled with Mr. and Mrs. Chen’s Medium Roast-infused mousse. Approximately 3” in diameter, each chubby confection is ideally sized for sharing (twice!)

Thirty sets are available for pre-purchase to pick up here at the Song Studio on March 25th.

Please be mindful that these treats are perishable and must be refrigerated, so they will need to be picked up on Saturday March 25th between 12pm-5pm. No refunds will be offered if the pick-up deadline is missed, please plan accordingly before completing your purchase.

Chen's Oolong Mochi ingredients:

Heavy cream, sugar, milk, rice flour, raspberries, egg yolk, egg white, oolong tea, gelatin.

Matcha Zairai Mochi ingredients:

Heavy cream, sugar, satsuma imo, rice flour, milk, egg yolk, matcha, gelatin, calvados.
