Autumn・Chestnut・Cedar

Tea by Character is based on a taxonomy Song developed to define and categorize the flavor and aromatic profiles of our tea collection into logical groupings: grass, sugar, fruit, floral, wood, and earth.

The Wood Collection includes four teas that are nutty and aromatic - with notes of walnuts, chestnut, sandalwood, cedar, and to an extreme - smoke. Teas are presented in 3 individual pouches of 25 grams each - approximately 5 individual portions of each tea. Teas in this collection: 1994 Formosa Yancha, Eighteen, Meizhan Yancha.
